A Whole New Adventure......

3rd day into the week with my new workout routine. What's the workout all about...PUSH-PULL-TABATHA-SUPERSET workout!!! Sounds weird huh? But hell with the name, it produces results anyway!

Well, this is a workout which I am trying or experimenting to meet my current fitness and physique goals. IMPORTANT notice to note, THIS IS NOT A WORKOUT PROGRAMMED FOR THOSE WHO WANTS TO GAIN MASS AND BE BIG! This workout is strictly for those who wants to be lean, lose the excess body fat and be as athletic as possible...and to some extent, be as alige as possible.

Why do I have such a goal? I'm an active footballer (some calls it soccer), who can't live without football, and with the Selangor League (local Malaysian league) kicking off this weekend, I can't afford to carry the excess muscle weight and mass, as agility and speed will be strongly affected here. I don't want to be running in the middle of the football pitch feeling like an old goliath gasping for breath.

Push-Pull-Tabatha-Superset workout is a high intensity/fat burning/sweat dripping workout which will burn the excess body fat, keep your heart rate level high and produces huge amount of lactic acids during this intense workout.
